I've been practicing massage therapy for over a decade, and what drives me hasn't changed since day one: the moment a client walks out feeling genuinely better than when they walked in. That's why I do this.

I trained at the Tennessee School of Healing Arts and hold advanced certifications in Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Hot Stone therapy. Over the years I've worked with everyone from desk-bound professionals carrying chronic neck tension to athletes recovering from injury — and I've learned that no two bodies, and no two sessions, are ever quite the same.

I opened Donelson Massage because I wanted to create something the neighborhood didn't have: a calm, unhurried space where the focus is entirely on you. No upsells, no rushing you out the door — just skilled, attentive work and a room that feels like a genuine escape.
